Yüksel OKŞAK EU Foreign Economic Relation Manager

EU Foreign Economic Relations Service's Functions and Responsibilities: 

• To organize activities about the EU issues, 
• To answer questions related to the EU,
• To inform out members on the general economic conjuncture and organize various trainings,
• To monitor economic developments in foreign countries and announcing them to certain circles related to our Chamber,
• To provide foreign delegations visiting our country with necessary contacts in Turkey, organize delegations visits abroad and provide the participation of our Chamber and business circles into visits abroad,
• To nofity our Chamber and other relevant institutions of national and international conferences, seminars, meetings, symposiums, etc. and encourage and ensure their participation,
• To provide the Turkish business world with sound information on such issues as the EU legislation, developments in the EU, Turkis-EU relations, EU program and financial opportunities; play a leading role in the process of raising the awareness of the business world abour Turkey's EU membership,
• To carry out research in such issues as the EU, Turkish-EU relations, world economy, international economic and financial institutions, etc. and prepare reports and reminders; organize conferences, seminars, panels, etc. inside and outside the country,
• To follow the developments occurring in capital and finance markets, follow and comment on basic economic indicators and share them with our chamber members and relevant circles.
