OBLIGATIONS
The İnegöl Chamber of Commerce and Industry members’ liabilities related to their Chamber Membership are as follows:
I-FEES The below-mentioned fees related to memberships are payable as lump sum until the deadline of payment, namely, June 30, or they can be deposited in our Chamber’s cash point in two installments with the deadline of payment as June 30 and October 31.
Additional fee: It is paid at the rate of three per thousand of the commercial earning declaration belonging to the previous year.
Annual fee: It is determined in accordance with firms’ capitals for the year 2008, the number and capacity of workers and some other criteria.
The additional fee ceiling amounts to 3.900,00 TL for the year 2009.
The fee payment periods are June and October. The late fee payments shall be subject to default interest as required by the Procedure Law on Collection of Public Claims numbered 6183. Our members who fail to deposit the fees regularly are unable to benefit from our document arrangement, supply and approval services.
II- CHANGES OF STATUS In accordance with Article 10 of the Law of Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey numbered 5174, “It is compulsory to notify Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of all sorts of changes which occur in the status of merchants who are registered in the Chamber and which are required to be registered and announced in accordance with the Commercial Law.”
Therefore our members should urgently notify our Chamber of changes in an address, main contract, structure, partnerships, etc. Particularly in case of failing to notify address changes, it gets impossible to contact our members and thus we become unable to inform them on our publications, announcements related to domestic and foreign trade and various activities by mail.
